Welcome & Submission Guidelines
Advancing Global Peace Leadership Through Shared Voices
The Peace Leadership Collaborative (PLC) invites peacebuilders, practitioners, researchers, educators, youth leaders, and community changemakers from around the world to contribute to our Peace Leadership Blog. Our global team—spanning humanitarian action, conflict transformation, peace education, youth empowerment, social justice, nonviolent communication, and community healing—believes that powerful stories and insights can inspire collective action.
We welcome blog submissions that reflect the values embodied by the Peace Leadership Collaborative’s mission, including a commitment to peace leadership, collaborative learning, and just change.
Themes We Welcome
Submissions may explore (but are not limited to):
Peace Leadership in Practice - Personal experiences, case studies, or reflections on leading with and for peace.
Conflict Transformation & Reconciliation - Insights from community work, research, or lived experience.
Youth, Education & Peacebuilding - Stories of youth empowerment, peace education, or intergenerational leadership.
Nonviolence, Social Justice & Human Rights - Analyses, narratives, or practical tools for advancing justice and dignity.
Healing, Dialogue & Community Building - Approaches to bridging divides, fostering empathy, and cultivating shared humanity.
Peace Innovation & Cross-Sector Collaboration - How health, technology, climate, or development intersect with peace.
Arts, Culture, Music and Sports- Interface of Arts, Culture, Music and sports in peace practice
Sustainability- The interlink between sustainability, climate action and peace practice.
Submission Guidelines
Word Limit: Maximum 1,000 words
Format: Clear, accessible writing suitable for a global audience
Tone: Reflective, evidence-informed, and aligned with PLC’s mission
Originality: Submissions must be original and not previously published
Language: English (translations welcome if provided by the author)
Author Bio: 50–100 words, including affiliation and peace-related work
Optional: Photos, graphics, or links to relevant resources (with permissions)
