In this issue of Peace Prospects, we explore what it means to educate for peace and to collectively meet this moment, at a global scale. We define peace education in a broad sense, encompassing both formal and informal learning programs, and focusing on learners of all ages—adults, youth, and children. We highlight the work of leaders, organizations, and scholars who are spearheading educational initiatives specifically focused on promoting peace.
